Division 2 (also known as the “Bayou Division”) covers 35 parishes located in the Southern Louisiana area.This includes all parishes within an area bordered by Beauregard parish in the northwest, to Plaquemines parish in the Southeast. See Parish list and Map.
Bayou Division of Lone Star Region purpose is to promote the greater fellowship of model railroading between model railroaders and to advance the hobby of model railroading wherever and whenever possible. The Bayou Division supports those objectives through their participation in train shows where possible, and individual operating sessions hosted by clubs or layout owners.
